the main problem with this solution is that the socket request never gets back

i really appreciate your reply and i hope mayb someone else has found a solution
for this issue.
since im not the only one to have it, it gives me only a bit of comfort that
this is not something i have done badly
about my previous email: 1 of my msgs got a reply with a suggested solution
regarding attachments names, i even sent my "vote" for this fix but never read
if geby accepted this fix or not. in another email i gave detailed explanation
about the problem and still no reply of whatsoever, even a demo request was not
asked. the succession of it made me wonder if im being ignored...
