Lukas I think I've found my problem.
MimeToDecode.Lines.Assign(Memo1.Lines); <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< doesn't work MimeToDecode.Lines.Text := memo1.lines.Text; <<<< works If I assign the message to the mimemess using the first line I get nothing. If I use the second line it works. So it looks as though the BIG change was something like the above. Any suggestions as to why?
