I have several different usb-serial adaptors - all tested fine just now on XP.
I cannot duplicate multiple COMx/SERIALyy
Which version of windows are you running? Does your app have administrator
privileges? Are you using latest synaser.pas v1.6 (007.002.000)?
Longshot - try disabling all antivirus / firewall / other resident apps on your
system.
