In that case you'll need to run a similar service yourself that you have control of - all you need is an external server and a couple of lines of PHP code (or similar). I think it might help if you explain what you need the information for. Eg: The PC I am writing this on has the IP 10.0.0.17, and connects to the router which has the LAN IP (10.0.0.1) and an Internet IP. Any of the services already described would tell me what the Internet IP is but what am I going to do with it? If anyone tried to connect to my PC using the Internet IP they would fail (they'd connect to my router, which would not pass connections through unless I'd opened them up on its firewall and mapped them across to my desktop). There are at least a dozen other PCs in the office here which all have different 10.0.0.x IP addresses but all share the same Internet IP (ie that of the router).
