Could be GetErrorDesc(LastError);
found this in synaser.pas
{:Returns the descriptive text associated with ErrorCode. You need this
method only in special cases. Description of LastError is now accessible
through the LastErrorDesc property.}
class function GetErrorDesc(ErrorCode: integer): string;
