Just my quick view to your sources: - Use Client: TTCPBlockSocket; - Yoo really want to bind on localhost address only? - Setlinger with 100 is not cvalid on all systems. And even it is valid, then value 100ms is not practical. Use value greater then a few seconds, like 10000. - Listen loop with period 100ms is not very effective.
