i posted this question last week, any kind of help will be appreciated.
hi there
until now i always used ForcedHTMLConvert := TRUE when decoding the emails and
it worked with no problem. now i got an
email that ForcedHTMLConvert needs to be FALSE in order for it to be converted
correctly, the email is encoded ME_BASE64
though i guess it's not a good indication whether to set ForcedHTMLConvert to
TRUE/FALSE.
are there any tips on when to set ForcedHTMLConvert to false or true?
