I'm not completely agree.
ipconfig /all shows

   Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::8c62:c8a3:6cfe:6be2%14(Preferred)
   IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1(Preferred)

Why function returns IPv6 instead IPv4?
