Hai, I've been using Synapse for over four years now, for my own email client. It works like a charm! However, there is one problem which nags me - and the nagging becomes too much now. Maybe someone knows the answer.
My problem is as follows: I get an email with multipart MIME (plain text and HTML) in it. All diacritical characters are shown correctly in the plain text part - and are misformed in the HTML-part. Example: input =C3=86 (in the raw MIME) HTML-output =C3=83=C6=92=C3=86=E2=80=99=C3=83=E2=80=A0=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=E2=84=A2=C3=83=C6=92=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=C5=A1=C3=83=E2=80=9A=C3=82=C2=B6 Sometimes within the HTML-part the characters are shown correctly in (say) a title and wrongly in the text below the title. Anyone got a clue? Thanx in advance.
