hi

what you wrote is correct but this is not what im getting. im now using the
latest version of synapse (39), i used the
previous one but now i want to make sure im using what you are using. now it's
even worse.

when doing what i wrote in my previous email (converting the subject to utf8
characters), i get the following subject
header:
Subject: ׳ ׳•׳©׳'#$90' ׳‘׳¢׳‘׳¨׳™׳×'
needless to say it's incorrect (NeedInline function returns false so it doesn't
do conversion). same when i write an hebrew
subject, i get:
Subject: נושא בעברית
the above is in hebrew (without any conversion command) so needless to say this
is incorrect again.

how can i:
either make synapse to encode it as you wrote (with triplets)
or make synapse encode it as UTF8

thanks
