Why you think it? :-O It is possible, of course! Use RangeStart and RangeEnd properties and ask for requested part of document. While HTTP request success, you can merge Document stream with previously downloaded content. Why do not merge it directly? Just because you did not know, if server really returning requested datas! It can return HTML with error message, for example! So, you must download it, see if it is what you want, and then merge it with original datas. It is not about adding it to end of stream only.
