Please, where? I not see any libc in the uses. At least if {$IFNDEF 
FPC} is still valid compiler condition under FreePascal!

Problem can be on another place. Maybe target platform is not 
properly identified by a synsock.pas and it try to compile wrong 
synsock module for Kylix (sslinux.inc) instead of right one for 
FreePascal (ssfpc.inc).

sslinux using libc. But ssfpc using sockets unit from the Freepascal.
