Asankha, wiki is good for discussion. I'd prefer a xml version that can reflect the work on the trunk.

Dims Right now the latest Synapse Configuration Language docs are on the wiki (http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/Synapse/InProgress/SynapseConfigurationLanguage) as we are not changing the docs for M2..and currently some changes are taking place.
