Folks, we've made an API change to the Handler interface in Axis2.
Please note as you'll have to update all of your handlers. Sorry for the
extra pain but this was necessary to fix a race condition.

Yep -- I was waiting until I could compile and test (i.e. the repos were
back up.) 8-] I just committed the changes to 1.1 and will do so to the
trunk shortly. Someone will need to modify the Sandesha code (and any
other dependent handlers) to do the correct thing.
