To make inline script mediators simpler it would be good to have a way to do
some initialization thats script language specific. For example in Ruby to get
the two statements "'rexml/document'", and "include REXML" run by default.
Requires doing something like what is already done for the XMLConvertor to load
a script language specific class to customize the environment.
