FYI I have used the Copyright plugin (http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/CopyrightPlugin) for Intellij IDEA to reformat all the file headers to reflect the new license header given at http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#headers. Note that there should be no copyright notice in the header anymore. This above plugin correctly includes the header into almost all file types we use, to ensure consistency.
