The repository is listed in the Maven pom.xml file of the 0.90 src distribution. If there is an actual dependency that is something I don't know. What I find a bit strange is that there is a dependency with the Asankha maven repository: http://people.apache.org/~asankha/maven2/ For example for the axis2-rahas 1.1.051 jar there is a dependency with this maven repository.
