I agree on # 1 & 2 and they are closely tied. I think we should expand
on the items under #3 and plan on when each of the sub-items could be
made available.
I want to support starting a bunch of Synapse instances on a cluster for
1.0 - at least to have basic support for this. Tracing of messages on
this cluster as they are mediated and collecting related statistics are
also relevant - and Indika has already done some work on this
(SYNAPSE-48) which would be checked-in in the near future.
