A proxy should support the specification of both an endpoint and in/out
sequences
should provide a new fault sequence per proxy (optional)
should be able to inline in/out or fault sequences or refer named sequences
should be able to inline the endpoint definition
should be able to inline the wsdl (including 2.0) along with any policies
rename proxy service properties as parametes - being consistent with axis2
