SOAP service proxied to POX service causes Synapse to return POX

When synapse is used to as a SOAP proxy to a back-end REST/POX style service,
the POX result is returned to the client. Synapse should respond with the
format in the original request - SOAP in, SOAP out instead of SOAP in, POX out.
