Fixed null pointer exception
Log levels
* Custom - prints any custom properties (values/expressions) specified only. No
soap headers or envelope
* Simple - prints To, From, ReplyTo, SoapAction, WSAction and MessageID plus
any custom properties if specified
* Headers - prints *all* SOAP headers plus any custom properties if specified
* Full - prints all soap headers, the envelope and any custom properties if
specified
