Something seems to be up with the assembly build that causes the the synapse.bat file thats included in the bin distro to have its contents duplicated. Looking in the bat file the top looks fine and then after :mainEnd everything gets repeated again, and this gives errors when running the script. I do have some local changes but I don't think they're related so does anyone else see this problem?
