I have placed the 1.0-RC2-B1 build (rev. 533728) at
http://people.apache.org/~asankha/builds/

Once we are able to get releases of Rampart and Sandesha, we will be
ready to release 1.0!
Please take a close look at this build, as we have introduced a few
changes to the configuration language and a great number of features
over the last release 0.91. We have also completed most of our
documentation and made an effort to simplify the samples, clients and
services even further. There is a Quick start guide and many samples
that illustrates the features and usage.
