Folks I've written a first draft of a Board Resolution to take Synapse to be a TLP.
Three things of note. 1) I have left the list of initial PMC members blank (well I've added myself). I would encourage members of this community to sign up to join. Please just edit the wiki. 2) I have left the VP position blank as well.
