We will also need to determine bylaws and guidelines, including:
* Project procedures
* Voting procedures
* Committer access process
* PMC membership process
I assumed we would steal our bylaws from WS, but I can't find them!
However, there are plenty of other projects that have such stuff
documented.... I suggest we steal one of those.
Thoughts? Or a link to the WS bylaws I missed?
