Hi Everyone, Bugzilla will become our centralized 'hub' for user stories with reference to engineering tasks. The goal is to ensure all product user stories and engineering tasks/bugs are captured, tracked and closed out in a centralized location.
To the engineers who are working hard on this project please let me stress that the engineering teams will *not* be changing their existing workflow. Identity will continue to work in Github. Fennec & Desktop engineers will keep their keep their workflows as well. It is product and project management's responsibility to gather the various components together and keep Bugzilla up-to-date. I am working closely with the product folks to confirm and collect their user stories for MVP and future versions. The engineering tasks will be associated with the appropriate user story. It will be the responsibility of project management to keep this information up-to-date. That responsibility will fall to me at this stage of the project. This process will help us stay on track and verify completion. We will be discussing this process further as a team next week. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
