We need to green this up ASAP.  Either land the fix, or backout the
offending patch.  Remember: you are responsible for watching the tree
after your push.


This was caused by a merge from m-c. A Makefile file that we had
modified was moved, and in the merge from m-c, hg applied our changes to
the moved file, but didn't (of course) move the files it references
along with it [1].

Zach is working on a patch to fix it.
