I'm responding to an IRC conversation I saw on this. For Fx29, there shouldn't be any UI that causes about:accounts to load after the user has logged in. "Unlink" should be offered in the existing sync prefs panel. If the user manually loads about:accounts after logging in, it should show something reasonable, but I'm not sure what. It most likely should not load the hosted page if the user is already logged in.
