Chris, Mark, I also want to double-check whether "Make browserid_identity a 
first-class identity module" [1] is targeted for Fx29 (I don't see the 
milestone, but wanted to be sure).

If it is, we should coordinate it with the "tolerate clock skew in HAWK 
requests" patch [2].
