Good!

Next step ... Fxa + Sync Storage. Before I was thinking "it's possible but not
documented" now I'm pretty sure someone gave the answer :

"nota bene: Mozilla's Sync 1.5 storage servers only accept accounts hosted by
Mozilla's Firefox Account auth server."

Does this information is still relevant or not ?

Yes, and I might update my post to include it. Mozilla's Sync storage servers require agreeing to Mozilla's terms of service; to agree to the ToS requires a Mozilla-hosted Firefox Account.

That means you have any of the following configurations:

(Moz FxA) & (Moz Sync)
(Moz FxA) & (self-hosted Sync)
(self-hosted FxA) & (self-hosted Sync)

You can *not* have:

(self-hosted FxA) & (Moz Sync)

You probably will self-host FxA and Sync.

Best,
Nick
