We are starting to roll out an assisted migration process to help users
on Legacy Sync upgrade to Firefox Accounts. More details are available

The server-side switch for this was just flipped this afternoon,
enabling the process for a very small subset of users. Assuming all
goes well, the migration UI will be presented to 5% of users who satisfy
the following criteria:
(a) have only a single device in their sync cluster
(b) are running Firefox 37 or later (currently in Aurora)
If you start seeing notification bars from sync and you *don't* fit into
this category, we definitely want to hear about it!
We'll be slowly ramping up this percentage as Firefox 37 makes its way
to the release channel in early April, at which point we can enable it
more broadly.
