Ryan Kelly and I were just talking about sign into Firefox today. :D Music to my ears, I've been advocating of this idea since we started.
Jared already mentioned the reverse scenario. If the user is signed into FxA for Sync (or anything really), being forced to sign into other browser based services, at least if controlled by Mozilla, is to me counter-intuitive. Sure, some power users might want to sign in to Sync as user X, and Hello as user Y, but should we optimize for that? Do 95% of users even consider Sync and Hello two distinct services, or do most folks just think "I'm signing into Firefox"?
