Hi Rachel,

I filed this about six months ago, seen in an Android test run: Bug 1120552.

Most likely it means the profile directory is read-only or the database
file couldn't be opened.

>From a support perspective, make sure the user can read and write their
profile directory. about:support contents would likely help spot any
weirdness.
