It looks like you're still connected to the legacy version of sync,
which was recently shut down.

This message (translated for other readers, it's the "We've redesigned
sync to make it easier to use" message) should include a button saying
"upgrade" that you can click to start the setup process for the new sync
system.

Unfortunately we were not able to copy users account data across from
the legacy sync system to the new one.  You will need to create a new
account using your email address in order to use the new sync system.
