Hi all, We had a great Desktop Sync retrospective meeting today. Here’s a summary of the experiments we’re going to try next iteration:
*Current experiments* * Mark is serving as the faciliator for the engineering standups in next iteration. * Add time to the triage agenda to review P1s and see if any of those need to be deprioritized. * Use the [fxsync] whiteboard tag to bring in bugs outside our core components into our process. * Stop using the [sync-quality] whiteboard tag and instead try to find tags that represent more specific themes. * At the end of a sprint, we'll create a page which shows the bugs per iteration completed over time.
