I was wondering, have you thought of using launchpad for blueprints? Blueprints are a really nice way to keep track of feature requests. Each blueprint can be linked to a particular code branch and can even be linked to separate code tracks, for example, if you decide feature B will be a part of version 1.2, this can all be tracked.
