As this has a WSDL that makes it SOAP and thus non-REST I think. Of course, there could be a REST API too, just not publicly documented yet.
Getting Java stubs for WSDL is easy (just the "axis-wsdl2java" Ant task); making it work is a different ball-game. Luckily C# is not too different to Java, so that should provide a template at least. I note their patent warning - that would make me hesitant about connecting to it. I'm trying to clear my desk a bit and find the time to help on Syncany.
