Fix Wizard

Bug description:
The wizard has a horrible design. In the end, I just wanted to get it
working, and it sort of does, but sometimes, the back-button breaks or
makes no sense. The main task would be to look over the existing code,
and make the wizard stable.
This particularly includes:
- Check if the "Next"/"Back"/"Cancel" buttons
- Make the "confirm password" field work.
- Don't allow users to click "Next" if the current panel hasn't been filled
out correctly.
