Repository path requires a slash at the end

Bug description:
I added an SFTP repository with a path of "/home/shish/syncany";
syncany uploaded /home/shish/syncanyrepository-1231... and left the
/home/shish/syncany directory empty, and then complained about a lack
of files matching "repository-*". If a slash is required, IMO it
should be added automatically
