Ok, I'll implement them.

Subject: [SyncEvolution] syncevo-dbus-server implementation: config and report
access

Hello!

I've added some of the new D-Bus API calls to the C++ based
syncevo-dbus-server. See the "dbus-api" branch. The implementation of
Server/Session.GetConfig/GetReports() and Session.SetConfig() is
missing. Yongsheng, if you want to, feel free to have a stab at
implementing the body of these functions.

I'll continue to work on the sync-related methods. Because this is in a
different part of the file, we should be able to merge changes easily.

Storing the temporary configuration is unclear at this point. We can
leave out that part of the API for the time being.
