I've been using Evolution for years, initially on Red Hat, and now on
Ubuntu (2.6.32-22), Evolution (2.28.3). I am currently using a palm
phone (Centro) and syncing has been sort of OK with the pilot interface.
However, I plan on dumping the phone and picking up an iPhone later this
month. I am very interested in syncevolution and it's ability, or so it
states, to sync contact, tasks, memo and calendar with the iPhone.

I am very dependant on Evo for organizing...well...everything and need
it to be reflected on the hand-held device. I would be happy to conduct
testing and reporting any bugs/problems with the sync, either on my own,
or with instruction/direction from the development group. I would
really like to see this work well, as a good number of my colleagues and
friends have dumped Windows and gone to Ubuntu. The PIM and sync with
hand-held devices has been the biggest stumbling block for wide-spread
adoption by Windows users.

yours,
David
