That's the key part. According to some other part of the log, MDaemon wants to use vCalendar 1.0 for "calendar". That had me puzzled a bit, but Lukas also looked at the log and pointed out that an entry for that must be missing. Did you perhaps configure your "calendar" with "type = calendar:text/calendar!" - note the exclamation mark? Similar for "todo".
