I just did a quick search and found this http://www.synthesis.ch/dl.php/1526/SyncML_Client_for_Android_en.pdf which means synthesis finds or fights it way. I wish I could help more.I have one Nokia 5530 XpressMusic (just checked - it is ~40€ on ebay) that works well. It might be that older models are cheaper and work too.
