Fabio and I, as GoogleCode Syncope project owners, sent the signed
software grant at [email protected]. We also received an
acknowledgement for this. Is this enough?

Unfortunately it seems that we've got no permissions on SYNCOPE JIRA: if
you don't mind I can take care of filing a ticket to INFRA.
