Sure ! I just suggesting a vot because you wrote that you want the new
site to be out asap.
What you can do is to change the current logo with the new one (with
TM), and start a logo contest.
Sorry, I am not sure to understand what you mean here: all new proposals
have (TM) inside.
Yes, I was refering to the old logo : change it with any of the proposed
one to be compliant (but no big deal if it's not tomorrow morning :)

No guideline ! Just call for a logo contest, asking for people to add
the proposed logos on the wiki page, and after 2 weeks, call for a vote.
It's just fun to do, and also it helps to play with the concept of a
vote, working as a community, etc, etc... Plus it makes the community
having fun and feel like they can be part of the game :)
