Hi all guys,

I had a similar discussion at apache-commons time ago and, according
to the ASF guideline, the dependences license must be included in
LICENSE file.

See
<http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#distributing-code-under-several-licenses>
and the httpd LICENSE fiel
<https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk/LICENSE> for more
details!

HTH,
-Simo
