We were used to a slightly different workflow with GoogleCode issue tracker,
but hey, there is always space to learn ;-)
Now that I read your reasons - and of course because of other ASF projects
doing the same - I agree with you: I am going to reopen all (few) issues closed
during these days, including the current one.
