Hi Josh,

Apart from what Marco mentioned, keep a close eye on the syncope logs when
the tomcat starts. This could happen if the connectors are NOT
loaded/initialized correctly during start-up. If you find any such errors
during start-up please post that as well along with the screenshots that
Marco requested.
