Blogger users are not able to edit the feed template, atom.xml, only the page HTML template. In atom.xml, the language setting has prevously been automatically done per post in the ENTRY-tag and Syndic8.com does not detect it from there, so a great number of feeds have not been approved at Syndic8 because of the missing language setting. I noticed that Blogger made an improvement and they have removed the language info from the ENTRY, now it is in the starting FEED tag. Voil�, Syndic8.com now detects the language setting, this is how I finally got my atom feeds language detected, so it should be ready for approval.
So all you xxxx.blogspot.com users: just re-published the whole index and site to get this problem corrected.
