It's there: http://www.syndic8.com/feedinfo.php?FeedID=38274 And it has been there since 11/2003. In 12/2003 it was marked needing repair and hadn't been fixed. It appears to be having some sort of server problems that prevent the validator from retrieving it. I mailed Sam Ruby about it. The stats page shows there may be some sort of delivery problems: http://www.syndic8.com/feedinfo.php?FeedID=38274&Section=poll According to the recent polls it's taken as long as 10 seconds to retrieve it. This on two occasions at around 8:30 in the morning. This an inordinately long period of time in web timescale. Perhaps it's a sign there are network congestion issues upstream? Perhaps the upstream between it and the validator are suffering some sort of routing congestion woes? We track all sorts of data about feeds.
